GW Marine Consultants Pty Ltd will never sell or rent out your personal information. We will not share your personal information with third parties, unless there is a legal requirement to do so.

If at any time you wish to update or correct any information, please contact us at your convenience so that we can update and correct our file and computer records.
You have the right to access a copy of your personal information that we have stored, please contact us via admin@gwmarine.com.au to request a copy. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information. This is a security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
If at any stage, you wish to remove your personal information from our systems please contact us via admin@gwmarine.com.au to advise your request. Alternatively, you may unsubscribe to our email lists at any time by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all marketing and newsletter mailouts.
You are under no obligation to provide personal information to GW Marine Consultants Pty Ltd. However, if you do not provide the necessary information then we may not be able to provide the necessary services for you to fulfil any contractual duties we engage in.

Your personal information is stored and retained as per our Record Retention procedure.

We advise that your files and provided information may be sighted, but not copied, by our quality and or tax auditors.

Any changes we may make to our privacy notice in the future will be representative of the effective date confirmed below. Updates will be available via our website.
